Congratulations to our 2023 winner, Hilton Head Island High School Improvement Council! 

Hilton Head Island High SIC is the winner of the 2023 Dick and Tunky Riley Award for SIC Excellence, which was announced on May 6 at an awards ceremony and luncheon held at the SC State Museum in Columbia.
