ONLY DISTRICT AND SCHOOL PERSONNEL ARE AUTHORIZED TO OBTAIN USER ACCOUNTS.

As of July 1, 2011 ALL SICs will be shown in the Member Network as "not in compliance" until the membership information has been updated for the 2011 - 2012 school year.

As of July 1, 2011 passwords for all SC-SIC Member Network user accounts will become inactive.

It will not be necessary to request a new user account if you have had one in the past. When logging in with your 2009-2010 school year email address and password, you will be prompted to request a new password. The system will email your new password to the email address on your existing user account. Contact Claudia Wolverton at wolverto@mailbox.sc.edu if you have difficulty obtaining your new password.

If a council holds elections in the spring and the new 2011 – 2012 SIC information is entered into the Member Network prior to July 1, those records must be updated again after July 1.

State law requires that all SIC membership information be updated by NOVEMBER 15.
When requesting a user account, please use ONLY district and/or school contact information - NO personal email addresses, street addresses or telephone numbers!
PASSWORD TIP: If your password contains characters such as 1, 0, O, or l, you may mistake these for similar characters. Copy and paste the password from the password email into a Word document and change the font to Time New Roman. This will clearly identify the characters.
PLEASE NOTE:

User account set up involves work done directly by SC-SIC staff and passwords are not issued automatically. Passwords are generally issued well within 2 working days after requests are submitted, but if the number of requests to be filled slows this process, you may experience a longer delay in receiving a password.
